Tisa Clark, President - Ms. Clark is a native Washingtonian and for over twenty years, she has built a solid reputation to "fix what is broken." Ms. Clark is committed to providing quality service. She believes that a reputation as an honest and reliable business is the recipe for success. While others seek to profit by cutting corners, or recommending unnecessary services to customers, Ms. Clark believes that a good reputation and consistent service will reap bigger profits in the long run. By being trustworthy, Ms. Clark believes that she will enjoy a long term profitable business.
Ms. Clark is a visionary with strategic analytical skills, who is practical, articulate, and creative. She has proven ability to solve difficult business problems and has a history of consistently obtaining high performance in others through leadership and cohesive team building has enabled this company to be the facilities management powerhouse it is today.
Ms. Clark has over fifteen years of experience in the primary and secondary mortgage industries spending five (5) years as a Director for Freddie Mac. She holds various degrees, licenses and certifications, a few to mention are an honorary Doctorate of Divinity, Bachelors of Science degree in Management; a Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) with the Project Management Institute; Contractor/Salesman License with the Maryland Home Improvement Commission of the State of Maryland, Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation; Accredited Mold Remediation Supervisor with the Maryland Department of the Environment, LEED Green Associate with U.S. Green Building Council, Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) with the Mortgage Bankers Association; Resident Producer Individual License with the Maryland Insurance Administration; and is a Notary Public of the State of Maryland. Mrs. Clark is a member of Mortgage Bankers Association; a board member of the Prince George’s County Chamber of Commerce; a board member of the Business Leadership Council of Prince George’s Community College; a member of the Maryland Land Title Association; a member with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC); a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association; a member of the Project Management Institute; a member of the Maryland Mentoring Partnership; and a member of the Building Trades Association.
Ms. Clark also is an Ordained Minister of the Gospel Rev. Dr. Clark gave her life to Christ in 1981. She received her public ministry evangelistic call in August 1999 to work with older youth, as they are transitioning to young adults. After receiving her assignment, she was asked to speak for various ministry engagements: 'Another Chance Foundation,' a salvation ministry focused on assisting abused women; a women's deliverance retreat, and Waxter’s Juvenile Detention Center Ministry, a ministry focused on winning souls at a girls youth detention center.
On April 15, 2005, Rev. Dr. Clark preached her initial sermon and was presented with a license to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ from Cornerstone Peaceful Bible Baptist Church (CPBBC) in Upper Marlboro, MD 20772. At CPBBC, Rev. Dr. Clark was a member of the Mass Choir, a Young Adult Sunday School Teacher, a Youth Girl’s Bible Study Teacher, Workshop Leader for the Mentoring Ministry and Advanced Amazing Grace Ministry. While at CPBBC, she was charged with officially forming and setting God’s Mission and Vision for the Young Adult Ministry.
On September 30, 2012, Rev. Dr. Clark was ordained at a combine ordination service by Antioch Baptist Church of Upper Marlboro and Saint Paul Baptist Church of Capitol Heights. Rev. Dr. Clark currently attends Antioch Baptist Church of Upper Marlboro, MD, where she is charged with Pastoral Care and assisting the Pastor. She is honored, yet humbled, that God would use a vessel, such as her.
On June 21, 2014, Rev. Dr. Clark received her Honorary Doctorate of Divinity from the Canadian International Chaplaincy Academy University and Seminary. The commence services were held at the University of Maryland.
Rev. Dr. Clark’s favorite Bible chapter is Psalm 139, which she views as God's personal testament of her life. She continues in her God-appointed ministry of sharing her life's testimony and God's Good News, she is constantly reminded of Mark 10:27 that reads, "…With men it is impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible."
JD Clark also has a Philanthropic Presence. They support many organizations, such as Another Chance Foundation and others and have participated in multiple programs that better the community. JD Clark adopted an at-risk public school, Croom Vocational High School, since 2010, to provide financial support, supplies and materials to the carpentry shop class. Ms. Clark has served as Principal for A Day with Prince George’s County Public Schools since 2011 and often serves as a motivational speaker during career day at several local schools.
JD Clark is a member of the Prince George’s County Chamber of Commerce. Ms Clark began participating in the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), which provides entrepreneurship educational programs to youth from low-income communities which inspire them to stay in school, recognize business opportunities and plan for a successful future. Ms. Clark's involvement included judging Business Plan merit competitions and serving as a motivational speaker at other public schools in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area.
National Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) is both a client and an opportunity for JD Clark to serve as a General Contractor to make homes habitable to first-time homebuyers. In addition, Ms Clark supports different programs available to the residents of Prince George’s County, Maryland through its Department of Housing. JD Clark also participates in a Labor Ready program where we have the opportunity to employ individuals who are out of work. We also partner with the Prince George’s Community College’s Team Builders Academy (TBA). This is a community based program open to individuals who are unable to find employment due to history of substance abuse, lack of education, ex-offenders, veterans and/or persons with disabilities.
Other community involvement includes donating of our time and resources to Mission of Love Christian Ministries, Another Chance Foundation, Food and Friends, Maryland Department of Juvenile Services and Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services – Rehabilitation Services, Prince Georges County Public Schools, as well as several local religious organizations and churches.
